Tech.Tools is an independent online publication that builds free browser-based utilities for developers, IT professionals, marketers and makers, and publishes practical guides on the technology behind them.
Our principles
- Private by design. Tools run in your browser. We don't want your data, so we don't collect it.
- Free and fast. No accounts, no paywalls, no artificial limits. Pages are lightweight static files.
- Accurate. Tools follow published standards (RFCs, WCAG, ECMA), and guides are reviewed for correctness and updated when things change.
- Transparent. Ads and sponsorships are clearly labelled and never change our tool results or editorial recommendations.
Editorial policy
Guides are written and reviewed by practitioners. Embedded videos are selected from established educators for clarity and accuracy; their creators retain all rights. Directory listings are chosen on merit — paid placements are labelled “Featured” or “Sponsored”. We correct errors promptly; report one here.
