About this tool
Every language and tool has its naming convention: JavaScript variables are camelCase, classes are PascalCase, Python and SQL columns prefer snake_case, URLs and CSS classes use kebab-case, and environment variables are CONSTANT_CASE. Converting by hand is slow and error-prone, especially across dozens of field names.
The converter splits input on spaces, punctuation and existing camel humps, so userIDValue, user_id_value and “User ID value” all normalise cleanly. Paste a list — one item per line — to convert many identifiers at once.
Frequently asked questions
Does Title Case follow AP or Chicago rules?
It capitalises every word. For editorial headlines, review small words like “of” and “and” manually.
Can I convert many lines?
Yes, each line is converted; separators between lines are preserved for simple cases.
